ACCEPTANCE OF AN ORDER

The receipt by email of an order doesn’t automatically mean that Grenier Boutique accepts the said order and isn’t a confirmation that the products in the shopping cart will automatically be sold.

Grenier Boutique reserves the right, without further notice, to refuse to make a transaction with a customer. At any time, it may be necessary for grenierboutique.ca to verify personal or credit card information before accepting an order.

 

LEGAL GUARANTEES

The Civil Code of Quebec and the Consumer Protection Act provide legal guarantees, including hidden defects and the use of goods sold. These legal warranties also apply to this sale.

This warranty doesn’t reduce or waive the manufacturer’s legal warranty.

 

PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK

A product out of stock is a product that’s missing in our inventory to fully execute an order. It’s possible that a product is missing and that it’s not necessarily part of the stocks of the store. If the missing item is a product from another supplier, we will quickly check its availability.

An email, or a phone call will advise you of the additional delivery time or the unavailability of the product.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Grenier Boutique does everything in our power to ensure the highest accuracy on the website. However, Grenier Boutique doesn’t guarantee that the product description or other content on our website is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. If a product offered by grenierboutique.ca isn’t as described, your only recourse is to return it to us in its original condition.

 

PRICES AND TAXES

The prices of our products are in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are added. All orders must be paid in Canadian dollars. Grenierboutique.ca reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Grenierboutique.ca calculates taxes based on the address where the order will be shipped.

 

PAYMENT

The payment of your purchases is made by credit card. The customer agrees to pay the total cost and charges for the product purchased, including taxes. Grenierboutique.ca may change the price after notifying the customer. The customer is responsible of the payment of the purchased product. Grenierboutique.ca is not responsible for payment issues related to the operation of the e-commerce service.

 

FEES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery charges are calculated based on the costumer’s postal code, the exact weight of the package and the type of delivery chosen. They will be indicated in your order summary before final confirmation. Delivery times depend on the destination and the type of delivery service chosen. Please note that a confirmation email will be sent to you when grenierboutique.ca will mail your order. This email will contain the identification code allowing you to track your package on canadapost.ca. Additional deadlines must be provided if an item is missing and you will be notified.

 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF CANADA

For any product delivered outside of Canada, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with customs clearance fees and any other costs related to the export.

 

RETURNS

RETURN OF AN ARTICLE FOR ANY OTHER REASON

You must assume the delivery costs and risks of returning the product. We do not accept the return of products when they are damaged or there are signs of use.

 

REFUND

At the reception of the order, any amount debited from your credit card will be credited as soon as possible, except delivery charges.  Products that are being returned must be in the same condition as the one received.
